These small square honey hole hunting parcels are becoming harder and harder to find. This tract offers awesome deer and turkey hunting and excellent waterfowl hunting on the large adjacent state land marsh. There is some nice mature timber on the property that could be harvested. The surrounding state land to the West and North is an excellent sanctuary for whitetail. There are ATV trails in place and a couple of areas that would be perfect for food plots. Direct access is off Pinconning Road and through a well-established state land trail from the West.
